How we handle your data

This Privacy Policy describes how SBMM collects, uses, and protects personal data on the SBMM learning platform. It covers the account information an administrator enters when your account is created, your learning activity, the device information used to enforce the per-account device limit, and the content of any support ticket you raise.

Accounts are created by SBMM staff, not through public sign-up. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your SBMM account data at any time through the account settings inside the LMS. For a data export or deletion request that needs human review, write to the SBMM contact channel and we will confirm receipt within one business day.
